My newest grandson was born in the UK last night.

He was 4 weeks prem and delivered by emergency c-section, but is ok. Poor sweetie is still un-named, but already his gran loves him to bits.

Ain't life grand.

I have two grandsons and a grand daughter, with another grand daughter due in March. Makes me sound kinda old though, doesn't it.

Yes Bertrande, babies smell gorgeous. Don't know when I'll get to see this one though, most likely he'll be toilet trained by then. Distance is a bitch and travel is expensive.

Thanks sweetie. Baby is fine, he weighed 6lb 7oz so was a good weight. Mum is ok, but sore.. understandably.

We're doing fine, Gil had his checkup today and he's doing good Apart from not sleeping! He was up all night last night cos he had an early blood test to do and it was hardly worth going to bed for a couple of hours (he's hard enough to wake as it is). And I woke up at about 4.30am and couldn't seem to go back to sleep - but crashed out while watching the news tonight.

I got the new crown put on my tooth today.....I wish he'd given me a needle because it HURT But it's all done now....I've spent over $2000 this year just on my teeth. Oh kids, guess where your inheritance is going......
