I'm glad to hear that your Father's okay, it's truly an awful thing when something bad happens to those that we are close to.

I "trained" in sculpture......I no longer work in that area......in a traditional sense anyway...when I did, I worked in stone mainly and creating pieces out of found objects....


We're all much nicer when we're not focussed on creating something....in my case it means I actually get decent sleep....believe me when I tell you I am not a nice person when trying to resolve a construction issue has kept me awake night after night for a week!

All artists are poor when they are still alive..........and its only the chosen few who make it when they're dead!

I like what I do...I like the way I live......(on the road all the time)..I get a great deal of satisfaction from this.....wouldn't have it any other way!

i'm abit of a wondering sole .take after my parents.but i have been in the one spot now for 4 yrs .got sick of living out of a suitcase and having everything in cardboard boxes.building a new house at the moment . so when thats finished prob rent it out and go somewhere else . me and my bro are the only ones in our family that dont do anything artistic.

I'd like to make a little more...that way I could indulge in a couple of gratuitous airfares to the UK to visit some friends and not feel guilty about it!

I use to do a hell of a lot of travel but the kids bought that to a halt, hopefully when there a little older I will have the ime and money to do it again.
