Am a little limited as to what I can take. I can't take pills with psuedoephadrine in them because of my blood pressure medication. So the only cold and flu tabs I can take should make me drowsy. So because I had to work I decided to try a nasal spray instead. Which seems to be keeping me awake. I have always had an odd reaction to drugs, things which should make me drowsy - hype me up.

It is the same with two of my kids - sometimes when kids get out of the habit of sleeping you can give them phenergan or similar, it makes most kids sleep because it is an anti-histamine. Only works on one of mine - some kids it just hypes up and i have two of em

UM ADD kids are given speed to slow them down guess your on the other end were sedatives speed you up.

hmm ..I dont take drugs ..panadol only ..sometimes cold tabs but they are hard on the stomach .. hard to know what to do ..I react to foods ..preservative make affect my breathing ..I think water is good .. garlic for colds .. its hard on kids
paracetamol is good I think ..

the other thing is to cut out dairy products ..when you have colds

yes it's now offically the 24th of September - only 6 days til the end of the month and I arrive in Sydney on the 13th of October, where the wonderful Gil and Bandit will pick me up at the airport (along with a special friend of mine too, I hope)
