Mixed day for us as BANDIT had some disappointing start to the day but recieved a couple of really sexy dresses she got from eBay.

Hi Valia - I am okay, still a little ill and I have had a long night at work.

yes it does seem like a very empty forum today - it gets like that sometimes.

I seem to be going through a really thoughtful stage of life at the moment, I am deep in thought about many things. Well it is keeping me busy.

Yes it's insomnia with me to almost 3 weeks of every night
I had a bad day of it as got depressed with it all but BANDIT settled me down & I crashed out for several hours & again tonight but my machine went nuts & is playing up.

I have had it for over a week now - I even had it last week when Trev was here. He was laying beside me yawning (cos I wore him out) and I was wide awake yet wanting to sleep.


It can't make it any easier to have your machine going nuts, and depression never helps. That is part of it for me, whenever I am a little down - I can't sleep

You know that you can PM me if you ever need to as I am there for you like you have been there for me.

Don't you have the day / night cold/flu pills?

Am a little limited as to what I can take. I can't take pills with psuedoephadrine in them because of my blood pressure medication. So the only cold and flu tabs I can take should make me drowsy. So because I had to work I decided to try a nasal spray instead. Which seems to be keeping me awake. I have always had an odd reaction to drugs, things which should make me drowsy - hype me up.

It is the same with two of my kids - sometimes when kids get out of the habit of sleeping you can give them phenergan or similar, it makes most kids sleep because it is an anti-histamine. Only works on one of mine - some kids it just hypes up and i have two of em
