It's not weird just different and sets it by itself Love it and the people. About Sept 11th, went to a party last Fri. ,first time I had seen a friend of mine who was in the second tower . He did not bring up the subject and I'm glad no one else did, he ran out of the building and almost got caught by a fire ball from the first building His wife had told us about this. He was staying in the motel at the trade center , he lost everything except what he had on. He seems to be just fine , but I know the flahbacks must br there

Softey I don't think that September 11 is a day that any of us will forget or recover from.

I remember sitting at home on the pc, I was in chat here at lit, when my husband came into the room and told me that a plane had crashed into the World Trade Centre. At that stage no one knew if it was an accident or not.

I watched some of the footage on TV, and then came back to chat, and told my American friends what had happened. The chat room went quiet as everyone ran to their tv's. It was so eerie. Then one by one people started to trickle back to the chat room, full of disbelief. It was horrible.

A little later my husband told me that one of the towers had collapsed. I stayed where I was. I felt the terror of everyone trapped inside and I couldn't bear to watch.

To this day, I know it happened, but I have avoided pictures of it. For me.. the pictures represent so much pain, and agony and terror, and I can't look at them. I don't need too.
