The easiest thing to share is how to do past lives i think.

Equipment: A dressing table with mirror, a candle - preferably white.

Light the candle and use that as the only lightsource in the room, put it in front of the mirror. Look into the mirror at yr own eyes reflecting and concentrate on them.

Eventually you should see something in there.

I honestly think it is the fault of where I work, I encounter hundreds of people everyday, and with the flu going around it was only a matter of time.

Yes a calling i wish i didnt have some days as i pick up on others feelings and tend to know when there is pain and sickness around.

I try to remove it from the person involved - i would rather have it than them.

Call it total care for all mankind.

Heny I'd love to do that. I've been interested in past lives for some time.

I'd be afraid to do it while here on my own though. I am very intuitive and perceptive, with a tendancy towards clairvoyance.

I'd be afraid that I would see something so clearly that it would have an effect on me. With no one here to watch over me, I'm not sure how I would be.

Again, being bipolar, my brain is affected and this in turn affects my moods and emotions.

But I would love to give it a go.

LB i am sorry to hear about the Bipolar - some days must be tougher than others with that.

You can have a friend/partner sit there with you while you do it.

I was scared when i first did and so was my partner who is also a wiccan. Yep two wiccans living together.

Oh i almost forgot that we have 9 spirits in the house with us, most are the spirits of the ppl that have died in the house, plus our own spirit guides.

Henry I met one of my guides thru meditation.

He was wearing a cloak and cowl, similar to the one in your avatar, although his was brown woollen. His name is Joseph, and I felt so much love and care eminate from him.

We talk frequently.

I am a little self conscious talking about the witchcraft because of the history of witchcraft users being persecuted.

I have little or no self confidence which doesnt help and i am always judging myself and being my own worst critic.

I know how it can upset, offend, or shock people. It isn't really looked to highly upon here in Virginia, USA.

As far as the spirits go, it is rare that I don't feel the presance of spirits around here, but then again this area is a US Civil War site, not a battle ground I don't think, but I believe there was probally many deaths here.

Dracoa i would just like to say my heart goes out to all americans for that tragedy that was marked yesterday for you.

These sort of things shouldnt be happening in this world but unfortunately some ppl cant help hurting others in any way shape or form.
