Do you remember our conversation recently about zucchinis?
I had roasted Zucchini flowers stuffed with blue cheese (and something else) at MoVida, a tapas bar in town the other night. Thought of you!
Of course I remember that chat, it was fun.. and flowed really well.

I love blue cheese, all strong cheeses actually, and now you're making my mouth water.. most unfair!

The first time I ate tapas was at a small Spanish restaurant in Bali. Funny place to experience the cuisine, but the restaurant was owned by a Spanish couple, so it was authentic. As was the Sangria... it went down a treat in that heat.

Enhance it of course. Reputations don't just happen, they take work.. be proud, flaunt it... make the world jeaous.

Its the reputation that is responsible for the new found romance in my life.... so I guess I can't be all that concerned about it........after all, its paid dividends like you wouldn't believe! ;)

It does seem odd,

There's a great Spanish quarter in Sydney, in Liverpool Street between George and Kent Streets . . . Captain Torres; upstairs at the Spanish Club and another one just around the corner in Kent Street that I can't recall the name of. Heaven.

I haven't been to all the Spanish places here, although early (60's) memories are of a Spanish restaurant in Little Bourke Street, where Chinatown now is. No-one believes me . . .

My last couple of trips to Sydney were for the G'nG and I didn't leave the Ramsgate area. But prior to that I'd stayed near Chinatown.. and had a lot of fun.

Mostly I prefer to travel with company, but at times a solo trip can be fun too, a bit of an adventure, and that's what that trip was to me. A chance to get out on my own and explore without consideration of another. I can feel another trip coming on actually, time to break free again for a little while.

If I haven't flown for a while and I take someone out to the airport or pick someone up...the smell of aviation fuel in the air is enough for me..... I get such an itch............. :D
