Evening folks...... :p

Should think about getting dinner on.....a little late I know, but I have been distracted by red wine and visitors and much talk about sex toys in the wrong places!

Am I???

There are lots that would argue with you over that...... I'm particularly partial to Maragret River region reds and Limestone Coast wines of any type. The Yarra Valley cooks up a good one now and then...... and as for Mt Langi Girhan....well you can't go past some of theirs.

You will have to tempt me with something pretty classy to top those!

mmmm very true... please accept my apology...

No need to apologise ........ :)

Sometimes the west australians are here playing well after the east coasters have retired for the night...specially when daylight saving drives the time difference out to three hours!

OK.........someone is sure to ask.....so you will have to give us the cocktail party profile ........ that usually means you have to 'fess up which football team you follow (can't for the life of me work out why you should have to, but it seems inmportant to some of the others) and whether or not you are single.....and thats obvious.....all the other singles want to know that!

Well, I guess as long as you are happy drinking those then nothing I say will change your mind... I buy selected vintages from all parts of Australia... so I think Aussies make the best wines... (I am partial to an Austrian light red though)

My original comment was made tongue in cheek, no offence intended

Well ...its sounding like you are way out west in Sydney....correct me if I'm wrong........

As for me, I'm in Melbourne .......... I hate football of any code ......... and I am not currently married either!

As was my reply ......... :D

I was hoping you were going to ofer me copious quantities of Hunter River region wine that I could slosh about in so I could make a reasoned assessment!!! ;) ;)

Austrian light red....... never tried an Austrian wine, even when in Austria... However I did significant damage to a white Shiraz on Saturday night on the banks of the Murray accompanied by live latin music and spanish food. I can recommend the wine, the location, the food and the music! The rain, however, I could take or leave as it was an open air event!

Well I was thinking about offering you some bottles I have here, but the Queen told me they are only to be consumed in the castle... so you would need to visit to get a sample... A 2 day sampling would give you that sloshy feeling... :)
I got the Austrian wine from a wine tasting evening...

it is raining here right now... guess I should try a wine :)
