We are ok, went to the speedway last night but it was rained out before a race was run, so we were home by 7.30. Lots of dark clouds and lightning about!

On another note we may have found the reason for Gil's chronic lack of energy (apart from insomnia) - turns out he is anaemic so he's having iron infusions when he has his dialysis. He's had two already, 8 more to go. Hope this makes some difference, now how to help him get more sleep

Aww.. I know all about that... I am going through it myself at the moment.. The constant tiredness is a pain in the arse.

Yep thats the probolem with what Im using - I cant reduce colours on it - but I have some others I can load up instead

ok something u can do and very easy if you got photoshop and paint

save the image to PNG then open the paint then save the image to JPG this will reduse a lot the colours and make the file smaller with out reduse the pic too small with its easy and fast
