I must say it's a pleasure to be online with so many beautiful ladies, and guys - you're not so bad too!

The kate thing - was that nabushka? shabushka? nabisco? something like that?

I remember going to see glenn ridge back home in ballarat when he had an "exclusive" of that clip on the show (it was some sort of 4:30 in the afternoon kids thing that he did before sale of the century - alot like daryl somers in a way. but not dark haired, and a bit taller, and not quite so fat, and - well - not really like daryl somers after all

long swim this morning - I have a problem in that I am denser than most (in the the physical sense) - to get my DM ticket (assistant instructor) I have to complete a tread water exercise with my hand holding a lead weight out of the water. I can't even do this with my hands out of the water - i tend to sink, and I need the force from hands as well as kicks.

So i have two options:-
* ruin this beautiful bod and get a whole lot fatter so I'm less dense (and nobody wants that!)
* hold my breath for 10 minutes (the time I have to support the weight)
* get a whole lot better at treading water

So I'm in the pool a couple of times a week trying to get the 3rd one sorted out.
