I wouldn't want anyone else doing that role. He was outstanding, as was Geoffrey Rush, as for Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly, they were just there to fill spaces as far as i'm concerned. Both Rush and Depp simply stole the show.

The only movies which Orlando was good in was LOTR.

Well you can dislike me but I had a great time. Picture the old space frames/open sheds/undercover areas etc that high schools like to have, add 2000 odd people, lots of alcohol, keep it over 30C and that was the concert..... so much more personal than the big entertainment centres. He was amazing, (much better than Rod Stewart who I saw on Monday) even did a song with Lee Kernaghan........ though if it makes you feel better I killed a pair of shoes, the ladies was under two inches of water and all I can say about that is EEEWWWWWWW, the shoes went in the bin on my way back in the front door at 2am.

WQ has left the building

well WQ is back on the plane heading home and I miss her so much already....had hot dogs tonight, hell of a let down after the wonderfull meals that WQ has been making me all week.
Think the kids will miss her too, I know my daughter found great entertainment hearing WQ and I talk about traffic cops and how many times we have encounted them or how we avoided an encounter, Dont think it helped justifying our deeds by saying " you could get away with it in those days".

still don't have an answer for you Nostress ... changing skins doesn't seem to bring back that lovely list of buddies that used to be around (tried 5 or 6) ... best I've come up with is to do a member search (and that's no picnic if you don't know the spelling exactly (and if you did ... this question would not arise!!!).

Hi Mate, the problem is sending a PM to someone who hasnt posted for a while so you cant find there name or AV with out going back through the pages or doing a major search, with the old lit I had a buddy list I could use.

There is nothing I could tell you in an Email about WQ that I couldnt tell you here.
it really was great having her here, lots of laughs, lots of storys, kids thought she was so ccoooolll and my daughter gained an eyebrow stud, and I gained weight from all the wonderfull food.

Just popping in to leave a helpful hint, when painting fingernails do not resume typing until all nails are completely dry, in situations where the paint does transfer to the keys standard removal practices should not be applied as polish remover will also successfully remove the a, s and d letters from the keyboard.

Regardless of how much the keyboard begs, do not feed it cornflakes & milk.

Agree about both the movie & Depp--Excellent.

Very good movie. Johnny Depp was perfect in the part.

A Johnny Depp movie that is seriously wonderful, but not mentioned often enough is "Don Juan de Marco", costarring Faye Dunaway & Marson Brando. Lovely fantasy with a psychological twist.
