Actually it’s an owl, but demonstrates the problem of throwing arts money to people who lack artistic talent.

I'm just new to the forum (long-time reader of stories though) and I noticed there seems to be a major assumption or acceptance that most people are American, going by the headings of some of the threads.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I also couldn't see an obviously Australian thread. So I thought I'd create one.
