Smashed avo on toast...why? And why is it worth $23 a serve when you can do the same thing at home for less than $1.50. Avo's were on sale in Coles for only $2.90 each last week. But coffee is still on high side here in Melbourne.

I'm just new to the forum (long-time reader of stories though) and I noticed there seems to be a major assumption or acceptance that most people are American, going by the headings of some of the threads.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I also couldn't see an obviously Australian thread. So I thought I'd create one.

I'm a nearly 42yo SWF (haha that makes me think of the movie and I only recent watched it). I'm in Queensland, Australia.
