I personally like small pert boobs, as augmented almost by definition means large, I am not a fan. My perception is also jaundiced by the, in my opinion, ridiculous looking footballs that some ladies end up with stuck to their chests.
However you are extremely pretty and if you feel better for having them then thats great

I voted for the second choice, but need to qualify my vote, I think that it is fine to do it if desired, and that the end result can be beautiful (such as in your case) but that natural is nice too, and size does not really matter, though I certainly prefer that they are at least present (bigger than my own is good...lol)

Personally, I don't really care if a woman has augmented breasts or not although so many times the surgery goes badly. I used to go to strip clubs a lot and the boob jobs were horrible! When the women would bend over (ie, get on all fours) you could see thick lines straining the skin, others could have saved their money and just glued cantaloup halves to their chest because they were so poorly formed, and some of them had nipples pointing in different directions. They didn't get my dollars!!

Yours though are beautiful and very well done. I am certainly glad you did not turn out like some of the other women I've seen. I'd definitely put down some money for you!
