I'm thinking something along the lines of a story told entirely in dialogue (and of course, sound effects). ie: start it with an overheard conversation about something, and have it develop into the sex scene (what sort of conversation and what sort of sex of course are left entirely to the writer/actors to decide)

They actually have audios like that on lit. They aren't included in the "text with audio" category, and are kept seperate. However, if you want just sex noises, you can get that here already.
