Audio Stories

(I apologize if you've seen this before on the Author's Hangout section, I was just hoping that if I posted this again here, then I could possibly get some more feedback and questions answered. Thanks, you guys are great. )


I have a few questions about doing an audio story...

1) Does anyone know exactly what equipment/software programs I need in order to be able to record a story?

2) I'm interested in making an audio version of a story I've already submitted to Literotica (Called "Please")...is this possible to do? Or will they not accept the same story a second time?

3) And, if anyone has any advice on how to make it great, I would love it.

I dont know what kind of quality you are looking for to record your audio story, but i ususally just use the windows recorder. Right click on the desktop (or folder) and go down to the "New" tab and a submenu should pop out (New folder, Word Document, etc) There should be a file called voice recorder or windows recorder . Usually , if you use Winamp, it cancells it out, and it doesnt work. In that case you would have to either find the program within your windows folder in "my computer" or d/l a separate program. If you are running win 98 I know it comes with it, im sure the other ones do to .

In order to make your story "good or better" Just remember to use proper grammar with your story. Im sure you have a sexy voice so Just use your imagination! Whip out some acting skills and make us beleive we're in the story. Hope this helps ~
