At work I always drink coffee but at home I always (or at least 95% of the time) drink tea. It just seems to be a more relaxing beverage while coffee is more like a 'let's get something done' kind of drink. I've read that tea actually has more caffeine than coffee but I don't know if that's true or not.

Makes me wonder if it's a learned beaviour or if there's actually something to it. My parents would always have a cup of tea before heading off to bed.

Any thoughts?

I always have a cup of coffee handy, wether 9 am or 10 pm, I just use a different blend for morning, a robust for afternoon, and a nice quite soothing columbian (coffee) for dessert.

at home i drink coffee

at work i drink espresso

at night i lay awake in bed watching the light move on my ceiling

A couple of cups in the morning
A couple in the evening
Tea or Coke the rest of the time.

Coffee first thing in the morning.

Diet Pepsi throughout the day.

Occasionally I'll have hot tea in the evening. Either herbal or Lipton. Water must be boiled in a kettle. Steeped for five minutes minimum.

I'm a picky bitch.;)

Drinking tea is kind of like... my equivalent to that Calgon commercial. I feel calm and centered afterwards.
