That's why we say "hypersexuality" rather then nyphomania or Satyriasis, because it's the same disorder and there's no reason to differentiate it. But a nyphomaniac isn't a woman who has sex like a man. That's... well, stupid. hyspersexuality is an addiction that impacts your everyday life and is an actual disorder that can be treated with therapy and medication. It's not about not getting laid enough, it's about not being able to perform your every day tasks because of an addiction. Strangely, a lot of people with this sexual disorder also have eating disorders related to overeating, and often it's linked to an inability of the pleasure centure in the amygdala to regulate the output of dopamine and acetocoline in the synapses.
