I hate it when you get a PM and the person, male or female, acts like you owe them a response, even if they act like a complete fool and show you up front that they are not the person you are looking to chat with.

I have had more than my share of people send me a message just as I am logging out or when I am busy off the computer and then a second message comes through calling me a B or whatever nasty thing they want to accuse me of being.

While I don't disagree that this guy was a bit of a douche.. I don't agree that we need these types of threads on here. I'm sure I've said things in pms that may have come across wrong, and there have been times I've needed to explain that I didn't mean it the way it came out. I would have been really pissed to have my message plastered on a thread before I got that chance. If that were my message you posted without my permission, I would have ripped you on the board...which is unfortunate since it seems all his communication was done off it.

I've had knuckleheads write me with stupid stuff, and I usually just tell them to blow it out their ass and quit writing them.. or put them on ignore. This place is rather fucked up, ya gotta expect stupid stuff from time to time IMO.

I highly doubt this was a case of coming across wrong. I have had that happen before and usually the person just explains what they meant and i'm fine with it and I apologize.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, doubts there are a few asshats here who send the most stupid messages that don't deserve consideration or a response. It is against the rules to post their PMs here, but nothing wrong with forwarding them to, say, every one of your friends here with the instruction that they should send it to at least 20 friends and so on.

In the early days of message boards when not a lot of women were online, that is how we dealt with the jerkoffs. On one board I visited, the small group of women would all know within 24 hours if a new member was misbehaving. It was funny to watch him get shut down and have no idea why there was such widespread angst against him.

Being someone who post pictures regularly I get a couple of asshats every once in a while. I try to let them off easy that they made a bit of a mistake since I'm a guy.

Anyway where I don't have it nearly as bad as you girls do, I do know some of the irritation you deal with.
