Deep tissue. It was an experience, they worked out A LOT of kinks in my back.

I recommend a shiatsu massage. Deep tissue? Yes. That is an an experience you may enjoy. Your back is walked on down to your legs. Florida is known for having massage places. Not sure of the availability of shiatsu massages.
