1- don't let the guy move in who you will eventually find out is fucking his stupid and barely able to buy a drink co-worker

2- insist more guys go down on you BEFORE you blow them

3- don't bother picking up a second major in college you will never use it

4- stay in touch with your friends more as they start getting married, it takes a lot of work to maintain friendships in your late 20's and early 30's.

5- start therapy BEFORE you think you need it.

6- pay extra for a nice mattress- your old ass needs good sleep- but own way less clothing- your gonna wear sweat pants leggins 80% of the time.

Thanks for answering, Soma. I mean a younger woman (as many interesting profiles belong to women younger than me) and yes, I mean on this site. I gave up on the chat room, as 99.9% of every PM request gets totally ignored and the odd ones who have only answer in a few words. So I tried the Playground, answered a few threads and got zero response. I even tried starting a few threads myself. Again totally blanked. So as a last resort, I have answered a few personal ads on here and post a thread, asking for a female to chat to.
Well, same result. I think I must be the invisible man?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To add another tip... Check a person's profile and look at their post history to get a feel for who they are and what they're into. Try to open with something related to them. Like @Soma99 alludes to, ask open ended questions.
