About the only thing that changes for me is the frequency. That in turn is pushed or pulled by external factors. I usually catch a movie a week at the theatre.

Every place seems to offer memberships now – movie theaters, drugstores, grocery stores, etc. Do you have a lot of these memberships?

Starting around now, I take vitamin C many (not all, I'm forgetful) days.

That's about it. My doctor, however, would suggest that I consume way too many "supplements." Like the snacks that supplement my regular meals!

I do 25 miles every day rain or shine, unless I am disgustingly sick or something. For Omnium/Velodrome racing, and Cyclocross tournaments.

I think it's only been about 36 hours.
More common are periods where I only get a few hours each day: 2-4 hours in 24. That will wear you down pretty quickly.
