When was the time that you most wanted to be a fly on the wall?
I'd like to be a fly on the wall in the home of Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso. I consider the efforts that must have been made to free Tibet without war and I think that it would be an overwhelming feeling of powerful calm. I'm not sure that I would even need to hear him speak.

I can't remember that far back. Probably before October 13th 1988 when I was hit by that truck.

I had a hook snap free and lodge between my ribcage during a climb. I think that was the worst, atleast the bits I recall.

hmm.. the most pain was during a rehearsal for La Cage.. partially dislocated my knee doing a cartwheel in heels. The most damage was during a little fender bender that caused my lower airbags to deploy, breaking my kneecap into 2 pieces and keeping me on bedrest for 6 weeks so that I didn't get compartment syndrome. I no longer smile at the car dealer when he tells me how all of the safety features in my vehicle will keep me protected.
I'm sorry about your back.
What is the best thing for pain that doesn't come in a pill bottle?

I was a foreign exchange student in Germany.. loved the everyday living in a foreign place.

there may be too many to remember.. and this may not be what you meant by "pleasurable"
but it might be sitting in the dark at 2 in the morning with a small baby cradled in my arms.
surrounded by the stillness of night
the softness of his skin
the sweet little oily smell when I would kiss his head
and the way he would mold against my body as we drifted into that time of day that included only us.

Yes, I would - but, I need to caveat it - I am eligible for early retirement, I will be financially comfortable in that retirement, and the only reason I haven't done so is I enjoy my work and I'm waiting for inspiration on the next step - so it's not a true yes because it has limited impact on my life.
Okay - the offer is now - one year, person of your choice and a 250K stipend upon completion. Except, you have to go live in Outback of Australia, off the grid, for the entire year.

it depends on if I'm working or not. Monday will feel late because I'll work from 6:45 am until 10:00 pm. Wednesday, I don't work at all and so midnight will feel late.
