I ask lots of questions. I also look things up. I dont see things as above my head, just more to learn.
If they are just being obnoxious I used the quote "don't you try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.” or "Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast. "

I have read all of Douglas Adams and Alice in Wonderland yet I had no recollection of those quotes, I had to google them So no I did not know although I should have.

I always have a novel of some sort handy. I don't think I could go three weeks without reading. I'd be reading anything printed I could get my hands on.

Yes, pretty often. For the most part checking for added sugar and it's substitutes.

If you are talking regular use text messages, I would say that number is around 15 to 20, depending on who I am messaging. Usually people from work though, everything else is done through messenger, what's up, or another online source.

I drink a protein shake every day for "lunch", there is nothing wrong with me but my albumen levels can drop after excessive training. When people find out they look at me strange and one guy even said but I don't look butch ???

My number one method to clean my mind is to just go for a neighborhood walk, symbolically dropping the concerns of the day as I go.
