I was doing my taxes this morning and reflecting on my writing and my sales...and on those of my colleagues.
I realized that while I advertise in my sigline, I've never actually followed the first rule of sales...always ask for the sale. Everything else you do is wasted if you don't.
I also realized that for all the emotional support I've given, I've only actually purchased a few books...Carson's, Imp's first release way back when, Sheath's even longer ago.
So, for the price of a single burrito I just purchased ebooks by EL and Rob. Every paycheck, I'm going to put my money where my emotional support has been and drop a couple of affordable coins on my friends.
Selena and Angel of Dark Lust are next.
And, I'm officially asking for the sale...
