Why is it, do you suppose, birthday boy, that people will actually pay to live in a subdivision with a governing body (aka association) that will tell them what they can put where, when and why. If I am paying for property, I want darn well do what I want. Granted I don't want 25 refrigerators on the property next to mine, but I believe there are government ordinances against that.

Ya know, you choose your battles on the other question. Considering that your neighbor's conduct influences your resale value, you may want to be able to have a say so in what they do. Unfortunately, there is politics involved and such, but in the end it helps you. Then again, you could always buy a place with some land so they can't say crap.

Depends on how much they want to argue. I'd demand it, but be ready to just let them if thsy choose not to yell or scream at you.

It was decent.
Friday saw a potluck at work in my honor. I rolled out of there. lol
Saturday was quiet and relaxing.
Today meant the second job. But it was excellent afterwards.

If a person I disagree with on a continual basis suddenly agrees with me on an issue, the first thing I do is examine my position to ensure it wasn't wrong. There are times people agree who typically do not see eye to eye. It's natural.

It depends. The fact is being multi-orgasmic isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, there is timing to consider as well as if there is an discomfort on your part of choice. There is also the feeling of fatigue. I mean, there are physical limits to be adhered to.
That being said I am completely jealous of your toy of choice.
