Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio Will Investigate If Obama Is Eligible To Be President

If it's one man who can do this that doesn't fear the Obama administration, it's this guy. Americas favorite Sheriff, Joe Arpaio in Arizona will launch a probe into Obama's eligibility. Sheriff Joe is right now at odds with the presidents justice department over their lack of enforcing immigration laws. Sheriff Joe is fed up with illegals and what better to go after the top illegal man in the nation, Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro. Sheriff Joe is known for going after illegal wetbacks and wouldn't it be great to have Obama placed in Sheriff Joe's tent jail in pink underwear with green bologna for nourishment. Sheriff Joe doesn't let political correctness get in the way of his duties and this is a asset when going after Obama. Sheriff Joe will start the investigation of the two versions of the forged or created long form birth certificate he released on April 27th of this year and the OCON forms because for the first time in history back in 2008, the DNC and Hawaii OCON (official certification of nomination) forms lacked the Constitutional certification wording to confirm Obama was eligible. This is going to be one hell of a probe because Sheriff Joe always draws the medias attention. This endeavor by the Sheriff will surely cause the White House trouble.

Arpaio told the tea party leaders the complaint is within his jurisdiction, and he will be forced to investigate. He said he expects political pressure, but he pointed out that as the chief law enforcement officer of Maricopa County, he’s taken an oath to respond to citizens who approach him about enforcing the law.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Justin Griffin confirmed to WND that Arpaio is “waiting to receive all the documentation and all the investigative material from Dr. Jerry Corsi, and then he will look into the matter and compare it to the Arizona revised statutes.”

Sorry guy, a county sheriff has no jurisdiction over the Federal Gov't. And the whole is Obama eligible to be President thing, that issue is dead. He was vetted by the Federal Electorial Commision, he got the necessary majority in the Electorial College, and he is the POTUS, whether you like him, hate him or don't give a damn either way.
