Would I be correct if I assumed that this is what we Yanks would call Grilled Cheese Day?

Would this actually be the same thing? I can make a cheese sandwich and then grill it so the cheese is nice and melty and stringy. Or, I can make some toast and spread cream cheese or some kind of Cheese-Whiz or other spread on it. Or a slice of cheese on toast.
