Some women just cant. A lot of it was mental for me. I always felt like I had to pee and would stop. The first time I was just so into the video I let go. I have had several partners who I haven't squirted with, and some I can.

Great question. I can't orgasm through penetration, only clitoral stimulation (however a finger in the backdoor does make my orgasms more intense).

Squirting orgasms are different for me. They are much more centralized pleasure, where a normal orgasm i feel throughout my entire body.
The central pleasure is so intense I squirt but a normal O I can feel in my whole body, even my eyes. So not better, just different.

Considering how much they liked the sex, I didn't worry about it. The lesbian friend and I were somewhat drunk, and both had been without a woman too long.
