I voted for the real world. I have't really decided tho if playing with the kiddies all day long counts. Granted, I have to be responsible every now and again, but most days, I'm filled with games of "Hi Ho Cherry-o" and "Chutes and Ladders". :D

Hmmmm, well I'm not in college, but I work at home. So does that count as being out in the real world?

Been working for a living since I graduated college in 1990, then again in 1992 and 1994 and then my final fling I graduated again in 1995.

5 degrees...........worked thru all of them in some capacity. Worked at a local ABC Store (Liquor Store), Chef, Car Stereo Guru, Car Salesman, Jack of All Trades~Master of none, Burger Flipper, Shelf Stocker, Cashier dude, Bouncer at a Topless Bar.....now have been gainfully employed with the same company over 3 years, before that worked for the same company for 5 years.

I have the worst of both worlds... I'm in college (grad school half-time) AND I'm out in the real world... there's no option for me to vote on that :(

I'm in this category, too. But I'm going to grad school full time and teaching full time.

Yuck- that's worse than me! last year I was going half-time (doing my thesis as well), teaching full-time and bartending part-time- exahuasting is an understatement...

I've been out of college for 22 years- more years than most of you youngsters are old.

Don't wish your life away, it goes fast enough on its own. College was fun- enjoy while you can!

Graduated in May. So I too am in the 'Real World,' so to speak. Don't have a job that fits my major yet, but, well, I keep sending those applications out.

Still living in the college town. It's good on my social life. :)

I'm with morninggirl and lilminx--the joys of grad school.

Full time grad school, full time teaching. I used to also part-time bartend, and then I decided I'd rather eat dirt than do all three any more.

The real world was easier. Feh. Done whining now.

My local pub near work has two large signs outside the door - "No Students Allowed", "Students Are Not Welcome". It is entertaining to watch students attempt to argue the philosophical and legal points with the landlady when they get past the door. It doesn't do them any good - she is well within her rights.
