But... for other things, you might call them tacky or something, but in the end, I enjoy them, like pics and movies? Literotica is the only site I've ever seen which deals with sex (erotic...) without once trying to trick you into clicking something, it's like a normal site, but with a sexual nature. seems to be the only one out there.

There are ton's of good site's out there. But Lit., seems to offer the best mix I have seen. And there are no pop up's, invasion of your favorite list, email generating. Depends on what you want.

I checked over seventy sites. Not one had all the featues of Literotica. Damn pop up screens connected to pay sites were everywhere.

Yeah, well I've looked around a lot in my time, literotica is the only real sex site that I've come accross that is like a non-sex site but... with sexual content. It's odd but porn sites just ignore the rules of everything else on the net. You CANT find a good site, whereas other genre's are competing like mad for the very best. Oh well. Literotica is great for the forums, the wealth of stories and chat. But I like movies too, and literotica do not provide, so I really need to find one that does, and is up to the standard, or a near standard of this site.

I think the best thing about Lit is that I dont' consider it a porn site. I consider it an adult community. Sure there are some pics sure there are some stories. But the board itself is the big reason I stay. I actually like the community. The people here are EXCELLENT!!

For flat out free porn, Easypic.com is a good one. Unfortunatly about 2 months ago they started mixing links to pay sites in with the free pics, BUT they are ussualy in stripes, so you just avoid the columns that are bad. They also have a link to TeenieMovies.com, its got a bunch of free pics and Mpegs, most of them are decent, but nothing is as good as IRC for longer vids.

While I haven't been around here for very long, I find that this is as much a support group for authors of erotica as an actual porn site. I have been writing off and on for a few years, but not having internet access until now, I didn't realise that there were other outlets besides Penthouse Forum.

I never thought this would happen to me BUT...

When I work up the nerve I might even submit something, at least for editorial comment. Although looking at the other stories available is pretty intimidating.

Many - most? - of them are still active. The links in my story, for example, and those to BlondeGirl and Cheyenne, still work. Many others, too. Look a little farther than the first choice on the list...

Son? We all begin with the first story. It's a good idea to give it to one of our exteemed Volunteer Editors first; they can really help you and we all havew blind spot with regard to our own writing. Just do it, just submit that first story. It gets easier after that first one.

There was a site very much like Lit on Compuserve. It was known simply as Section 12b. It was a supportive community of sex positive people of all persuasions. It was full of writings and pix, and discussions and meetings and parties both vl and rl. Even a few marriages and collarings resulted. But the community was utterly destroyed by flamers. Or, I should say, members allowed it to be destroyed by feeding the flames with their resonses to them. Lit seems to do much better.
