Well, had planned on a coffee shop. It was closeed. Then I figured... glas of wine and appetizer at the way-delicious winery / Italian restaurant up the road from me.

They closed, too. It might snow here... so they closed.

I say boots also. Everyone knows all Texas women have atleadt 1 pair of cowboy boots. I'd like to see you in nothing BUT the boots and a smile (verticle preffered but the other one is nice also)

Someday, I'll put the effort into learning what I like. But I prefer to just go to wineries or wine festivals, taste and buy what I like. Tonight I'm enjoying this from Fredericksburg:

It's one of my favorites. Worth the drive to the winery to restock.

That does sound pretty tasty, the wine you just mentioned. I am lucky - or spoiled - in that there is a very good wine shop not far from where I work that has both a large selection of good-quality wines (no Yellowtail Aussie wine!) and Friday evening free wine tastings. You should look for a decent shop where you live -- and that's a great way to meet people (men for you) *sly smile*

I think Whole Foods does tastings, and food pairings. They did in NM anyway, so I imagine the flagship here would.

Had some unpleasant experiences with narcisstic football player in college... to the point of bloodshed and tears (his, not mine... and deservedly so). So I have the dubious distinction of having already rejected (quite vehemently) a pro football player.

There was no relationship to break up from. He had a great sense of entitlement, and thought that included girls he was attracted to. He had noticed me on campus and through some mutual friends. He kept showing up where I was, and probably from his perspective "flirting" with me. From my perspective, he was just pushy, full of himself and harrassing.

Apparently I was in his sights at a party for a friend of mine. He would not leave me alone. I tried to put him off politely. Then stenly. He kept forcing his attentions on me and wouldn't take "no" for an answer.

It was inconceivable to him that I really meant "no". He tried to prevent me from saying "no" by putting his fingers in my mouth... that resulted in a lot of blood, tears and cursing on his part. Fortunately for me, his buddies had just clued in on the fact that he was about to cross a line... and had started over to pull him away. They didn't get there before he crossed the line, but they did prevent it from escalating.
