Coffee mugs are great collectors items...sadly I am a raging coffee addict so such ornamentation isnt needed for me. I quaff it from paper cups, foam implements, mugs of glass, metal and crockery. If it wasnt hot and no containers were available...I would drink it from my hands!

Thanks, Spamasutra. I do htink morning coffee is an intimate moment to share. Of course this pic was afternoon coffee... but still.

You know... coffee shots do tell a story, especially with me. Sometimes a mug is just a mug. But more often, they reflect a mood. I have mugs I've picked up while traveling, I have picture mugs of my dog, of me in Egypt, mugs with sayings, sci-fi mugs, Camp mugs (Buffy), Funny mugs (Bazinga), Agressive mugs (Dexter).

So I guess you can tell what I'm feeling at that point in time - wanderlust, sily, vengeful, or nostalgic - by the mug I choose.

Of course... it may just be a case of whether I emptied the dishwasher yet or not as well. ;)

The smell of coffee is my second-favorite smell in the world.

I love the pictures, beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing not only your body, but your sweet, charming self. I hope you don't mind if I hang my hat here and stick around for a whhile.

Greetings All -

SO ready for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Coming home from a conference is always a bit of a let down - no concierge service, no room service, no friends and fun around every corner. Sigh.

Add to that the fact that I was disturbed and distracted my last day there. That was the day I set aside for connecting with some dear friends. It's a long story, truly not worth going into. but it has left me feeling very exposed, raw, and vulnerable.

Which is probably a good thing, since I'm growing weary of the over-the-top photos I've been posting recently So, it's time to do as I often do, retreat, reflect and regroup.

And so... here is me during my coffee break. A bit pensive... a bit gun-shy... and yet still amused by the little jewel on my gorgeous bra. Sometimes I can't help but smile at the little things.

Ahhh..Tim Hortons...you must have picked that up in Canada?? I dont think there are any here in California. Loved it when I was working in Vancouver.

EDIT: Wrote this before reading the other posts that answered the question. That will teach me to have patience, I guess...

No, PH... it means ALL of me tingled. I think I've mentioned before how I'm hyper sensitive to touch. So when I'm aroused and simmering, every little caress of skin, a brush against my bare arm in a crowded room, even the air switching on and blowing cool air through my hair... I feel every bit of it and simply want more.

When I described this to a friend of mine who is a bit of a wild child, she said that I sound like I'm on Ecstasy all the time. lol... I told her I'd prefer to be IN ecstasy all the time.

LOL... Thanks PH. I guess posting my pics here makes me an exhibitionist. And without a voyeur, the dyad is incomplete. Perhaps someday.

Now that sounds heavenly and as a very tactile person myself, I'd certainly enjoy brushing against you ;)

A touch of mild exhibitionism is not a bad thing :)
It can certainly heighten sensations when we're feeling slightly naughty ;)

Aww, you are always so sweet, PH. No worries, though or even big drama for me... I was tangential. Knowing me, I'll have more to say after I've processed for a bit. For know... it percolates.

You are welcome sweetie:kiss:
Just take care of yourself and your own feelings and emotions:rose:
Real-life and sorting one's mind has to come first:kiss:

Hey guys...

Just wanted you to know that I do enjoy the playful comments you make. People have asked in PMs if I'm offended by them.

I know other people "Play" on threads with the back and forth fantasies, egging each other on, and that's great. It's simply just not me. I guess I'm not that much of an exhibitionist or something.

Plus, I don't think I'm very good at the text play anyway. Maybe someday, if you catch me in a particularly feisty and playful mood. But don't let that stop you - I'm not offended, and I do enjoy it, I just rarely engage in that way.

xoxo

We are each different sweetie....TG lol
We each get our 'fun' the way that suits us...so long as it doesn't hurt/offend others ofcourse:kiss:
Enjoy the moment...it may never come back:rose:

You're quite welcome Tx, a woman with lips like yours deserves to be kissed tenderly and often. I know I would love to be able to kiss you until the end of time. :rose:

 Such a wonderful image. The Fates had a different plan for my lips apparently.

so it was a local winery?
Yes, a new one though, so I think this is their wine, just not their grapes yet.

That sounds like a very "happy song" that you are singing.....

I am what they call a "wine geek" but, I have never had wine from Texas.

LOL it is indeed a very "happy song" Phonefun... aren't you clever? Apparently Texas has some good wines. If you have ever read Dave Barry write about wine, I'm embarrassed to say my style of appreciation is closer to his. I enjoy wine, I just haven't had the time or motivation to sit down and figure out what I like and why... but now that I live (for now) so close to so many excellent wineries, that is changing. :)

Ahh texas gotta lovethe dryish areas. It isn't that I suppose just annoying I can't buy liquor here on sundays and that can be annoying, like say super bowl sunday I forgot. I ran to iowa and got a 12 pack.

Blue laws are a bit frustrating. My trip last night was a comedy of errors, but in the end, the very handsome and charming waiter gave the pizza to me "on the house" I got to attend an art opening in the adjacent wine tasting room, and I shared some excellent advice with their event coordinator and that could turn into some business down the road. Weird, weird night.

Uh oh Spamasutra! Let's hope we don't find ourselves at the same Starbucks in town fighting for the last pour - I have a feeling it could get ugly!

The smell of coffee is my second-favorite smell in the world.

You're welcome here anytime Real Charmer. I know what you mean about the smell of coffee. When I lived further west, I often worked from the university library. There was a Starbucks inside the library. And OH... the smell of Starbucks coffee mixed with the intoxicating smell of old leather and paper... LOVED it. Perfect smell to keep me working.

LOVED Vancouver when I visited.

I love wine but don't have the time to keep up with changing quality of the same vineyard year to year. I like to have a few go-tos and stick to them...

Hey TX!!!! Every time I log on I get a craving for coffee.....pavlov....smart guy...

Last time I was in Austin I picked up some brochures on the hill country's wineries. Can't wait to get back and try a few. I frequent a few where I live.

Being so tactile is both delightful and terribly frustrating all at once. Sigh.

You, as always, are very sweet.

And thanks to all who have PMed or emailed me. Perhaps my post make me sound "blue-er" than is accurate. And it's not "blue" really.

1) I'm an introvert trapped in an extrovert's body - so after so many days of socializing and being "on" I tend to retreat into hermit mode to decompress, process and recharge.

2) There have been several conversations and exchanges from all areas of my life - professional, personal, Lit - that have given me pause and triggered the need to evaluate and analyze before moving in one direction or the other in terms of small things like which projects to accept, personal things like relationships, and life things like relocating... just a lot to think about.

I'm not a Wine type of guy, but I do enjoy a cold Shiner Bock, or a Bourbon and cola...

Shiner is my "go to" when I'm at the Dance Halls or bars that only serve beer.

You hit the nail on the head, Sammy! A lot of people turn enjoying wine into WORK. I guess that's why I've started buying at the wineries here -- I get to taste before I buy.

Fredericksburg has some GREAT wineries. Excellent German food too.

Okay y'all -

Thanks for the fun company on my coffee break.

Do you know that this is Carnival week? Fat Tuesday is Tuesday.

In honor of upcoming Mardi Gras... here is a LTR pic:

Yes, heavy Germanic influence in Fredricksburg. Have you been to the Oasis on the cliffs of Lake Travis? SOme of the best margaritas I've ever had. And as for the pic, very intense Tx. I dig it.

Discovered Shiner Boch when I visited College Station back in '98. Fantastic beer. Shiner Blonde is great too.

I descovered Shiner afer moving to Texas in the early 90's, I used to drink only Pilsners, but as I've grown older I find that darker beers like Shiner Bock, and Guinness Stout offer much more pleasure.

I like Guiness Stout, but the Draught(?) is rancid. At the end of the day the best beer I have ever had was at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. They had their own micro-brewery and made a pilsner that they called "Biloxi Blond" Was the best thirst quencher ever.

I know where you're coming from re being tactile lol
It can lead your mind to places it has no right to be, hence the frustration:eek:

Take your time processing all your thoughts and feelings sweetie:kiss:
There's no deadline looming for that lol
Enjoy your downtime and give yourself some tlc as well :rose:

oh my ...

I sought some extra stimulation while I dressed for one of our evening events, and boy did it work. I was simmering all night...

now that is tittilating .. oh my yes ... you can be the root cause of inspirational levitation and such wonderful imaginings ... I have a suggestion .. used to use it on my sub before I lost that life (your words on that tweaked my soul) ... before you go out on an event... tie ribbons around those lovely nipples and wear them all night ... not too tight, you don't want to do damage .. but just enough to remind yourself all night of the thoughts of those (many here, think of that) who dream of inspiring your nipples to the greatest arousal over a long long evening of decadence ...

take care ..:rose:
