So sorry I don't have time to respond to the individual posts right now. There's just so much going on here.

I don't do resolutions. But in honor of the new developments in my life, I am picking a theme for 2011 - one that will fill the void(s) that I've been missing for too long.

So, for me, 2011's theme is:

Laugh. Love. Live.

(It had to be short, I had it engraved on my new iPod Nano that I bought myself for the New Year)


I chose that order because I love to laugh. And while you can laugh without love, I don't believe you can love without laughter. And if you don't have laughter and love in your life - you aren't really living.

So, there's my champagne philosophy for tonight.

I'm off to celebrate. Hope everyone stays safe tonight and has a great start to 2011!

Hello Sexies!

I am SO excited.... for the first time in over a decade I am filling my lingerie chest with something other than sensible cotton panties and bras. Well, I can't compromise on bras, really - but I've ventured beyond the nude and black options.

I felt like a kid in a candy store - so many beautiful items to try on. The feel of silk and lace on my skin. The way air flows through mesh, so you feel the warm air trapped between the garment and your skin contrasting with the fresh air coming through the mesh.... mmmmm heaven.

The way silk slides on cool and warms to flesh temperature instantly. Oh, how I'd missed the small delights.

Wow - it's so nice to see so many familiar "faces" and to meet so many new friends.

I'm just popping in to let y'all know I may not be posting as much for a while. There's a lot going on in my life - professionally and personally that I need to focus on. Some of it was planned (yay!) some was inevitable, and some blindsided me - in a good way (wow!).

So as much as I love visiting with and teasing y'all, I may miss out on that for a bit. I need to free up some time to focus on all the changes and possibilities the new year will bring. (Of course every time I post something along these lines in the past, I have found a way to participate, that's why I never say never.)
