I can only imagine how you are in person. I know you are very articulate & intelligent and I have to believe that you are a blast to be around. Yes- posing, taking and posting photos are an indicator of my mood.

And for the new visitors - Deltha has been reading my posts for quite some time now. So yes, I have been more pensive lately. More focused on my world beyond Lit. And, really, I still am. I just couldn't resist snapping a few tame photos for the thread.

And yes, I'm making friends here - but it's not the same... yet. I love the depth that history gives to relationships (romantic and otherwise). And of course the way to have history is to create it. So perhaps I should be making plans for tonight and this weekend rather than visiting Lit.

I'm just a noob to the thread, but for what it's worth I think a lot of the trick is in the balance. Being pensive and snapping those pics. Planning for the weekend and visiting Lit. I've found it's important to make sure I never confuse what happens online with reality, but I do find that playing online has helped me know better the things I want, and be more comfortable in my in my own skin. So I've found both aspects of my life are part of me and important.

Of course that might just be a giant rationalization for me wanting to see you post more picture....

I don't have an index to the thread because I prefer the interaction (when I do visit). I have to say though, if you're only looking at the photos, you're missing out on a lot. Probably the two hottest posts in the thread have no photos associated with them.

Then again, to fully appreciate them - you'd have to do a lot of reading - so I fully understand you taking a "pass" on that.

Balance and moderation is always a good strategy.

And posting on Lit has led to some shocking and delightful self discovery that would never have been possible without the connection I found here.

And for the record - I discovered that the intersection of online and reality - in my case - exceeded my wildest dreams. But I know that isn't always the case.
