I'm a firm believer in the idea that you simply cannot have too much of a good thing. This is one of those photos that we discussed. I'm glad you appreciate the sincerity. And since you do - I'll just let you know that, in terms of life and time lately, I'm juggling a few more balls and spinning a couple more plates. And all the while, I'm doing my best to sort through my reactions to it all so I can make the best decisions on how to proceed.

Sheesh - that sounds big and heavy. It really isn't... I just don't like having parts of my life up in the air. I am trying to adjust to the changes not only in my life, but in the lives of those I love. So while it sometimes feels like I'm on shaky ground and am searching for firm footing... I'd rather think of it as growing pains. It's just been a long time since I've felt 'em. And usually it was only one area at a time - school or relationships or work or moving. Well - now it seems like it's everything all at once.

Heck - guess I better get used to it. I'm sure most people feel this way from time to time. And I have to remind myself that when things where settled and predictable, I still felt an unease. And I'd rather deal with this than with the frustration of stagnation and spinning my wheels.

Ha ha! See what happens when I log in right before bed? Ugh - this is the time I try to take to clear my mind so I can sleep well. I think we all just discovered it's better when I do this privately - with a pen and a journal rather than with a keyboard while logged in to the forum ;-)

Plus I'm halfway killing time waiting for Neil Diamond to come on (I recorded the Billboard Music Awards).

I'll be here to play when the mood and schedule are in sync.
