Apologies and explainations!

Ok so I've been gone for ages...and it has not been on purpose and it certainly hasn't been for any fun kind of reasons at all!


Firstly came the abcess then came the course of antibiotics that didn't work and so followed the industrial antibiotics that finally did the job (I still have a tooth extraction to look forward to there)


then a break where I went home to mums....that was good


Following that came the lethergy,aches and high fever and finally this morning POP! I woke up covered in spots. Yes folks it looks like Inow have Measels or something similar...oh yay *rolls eyes*


Anyway...I cannot anticipate you seeing much more of me for a while but i thought I better keep you up to date. I'm not looking for sympathy but hey if you want to give it I won't say no!

I won't be online much full stop in the next week or so but I will be back when I am at full health again


Oh my new story got added today in the BDSM section (I put it down for fetish *shrugs*) so if you want a bit of an EL injection take a look. It's pure and simple stroke folks and I am pretty sure it's not to all tastes...anyhow i'll stop waffling and supply the link*L*

Not to burst your bubble, but if you are on new antibiotics, you may have shingles or hives.

When I went on a new kind due to an invection I found out Im allergic to the antibiotics.

GO to the dr!!

Measles!? What about Hubby and your daughter?It's good for kids to have measles, though. We went through a thing here when the kids were small where people would drag their healthy children over to a sick kid's house so they could catch it too and be done with it.

Dr. M. I don't want to take anything away from your very hear-felt sentiments there, but I must just say, I think you're thinking of chicken pox.

Most kids, in this country at least, are vaccinated against measles, because it can be a terrible disease. It isn't good for kids to get the measles. On the other hand, it is good if kids get chicken pox out of the way early in life. My two had it last year, thank goodness. And, it's chicken pox which is the itchy one, not to be scratched, because of the danger of scars.

EL, by me saying this, I hope I'm not unduly alarming you. However, I imagine you being a lot like me, as a parent, and your daughter has been vaccinated against measles - despite all that bollocks that was going on against the triple vaccine.

Gawd, I hope I haven't put my foot in it.
