And they use really special polls for it! Marcos of the Philippines once was elected by 900 votes of the turtle islands, inhibitants 30, so even the turtles had voted in his favor!
And one guy in Mexico was elected by a 89 year old man and his 19 year old sister!
On the other hand, a politician from africa was so well liked they nearly elected him again the year after he died...
