This trial will be a real circus,But who is picking up the tab for his defense? I doubt he has a court appointed lawyer and his parents arent rich........So who is behind the scenes?

at one time i thought they were the greatest group of advocates for the people

then i watched the backward slide of leftism where the victims got the shaft and the criminals were left to go free.

It makes me sick to watch a definite criminal go free on some technicality his ACLu lawyer got him off on and then turn around and sucessfully sue his citim, thus victimizing the victim twice.

I forgot all about those fine upstanding individuals. How is their defense of NAMBLA going? Quess that falls under pedeophiles.

The same people paying for his prosecution!!!

Why didn't we just revoke his passport, and leave him where he was?

RhumbRunner:confused:

No way Lindh gets off on a technicality, not when the Attorney General etc. is personally interested.

Kind of interesting, I suppose, in a boring abstract legal kind of way, what kind of case the defense will make in terms of change of venues.

Usually lawyers try to get high-profile cases moved to another district because of pre-trial media coverage, but where are you going to move this thing? Who didn't hear about 9/11?

L.A., apparently. I think that's where the trial is being held.
