Its good to be home. Not able to do much yet. Tring to walk with my walkers around the lounge several times a day to keep up exercise and endurance to keep strengthening my legs. A friend has left me some ramps so we can go out in the wheelchair now and again. Stil waiting on community OT to come out and assess me and talk about a stair lift tho.

My teen volunteers one year before university. She got to design a newsletter, it's looking very pretty. So obviously I have a little Picasso here and need to find a way to pin the newsletter to the fridge.

Ah! Either a very strong magnet to grip through them all or loop some string through the fold/staple of the newsletter and over the magnet.

Bin day today too. Had breakfast and first cup of coffee. Have water bottle on my frame to keep my hydrated. They banged it into us at hospital to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres a day
