I've been trying to find out what, if anything, Lit's owners intend to do. I mean we're just the UK. It's an American site

They will need to comply, doesn't matter if they're a USA based site or not:

"...The Act applies to services even if the companies providing them are outside the UK should they have links to the UK. This includes if the service has a significant number of UK users, if the UK is a target market, or it is capable of being accessed by UK users and there is a material risk of significant harm to such users..."

It's my understanding that wahtever systems the act requires of a site need to be in place by next friday.

Does anyone know if Lit has anything in place, intends to? I've not seen any notice given and I'd hate to wake up one morning and find I can't log in.

I haven't see anything, but my guess is nothing will be done unless forced to do so.

Doesn't it apply to porn sites that have graphic adult content? Lit is more of a message platform. Or at least the forum is
