Anxiety is such a common thing these days. Maybe everything is just constantly full on. It’s hard to escape the crazy world we live in.

I completely understand the struggle a lot of people go through. Everyone has a battle they're fighting, the hardest trick to learn is asking for help fighting it.

Took me a long time to learn that lesson.
