Two of my favourite counties. I was in the Glen of Imaal hiking with my sister a few weeks back. Absolutely breathtaking scenery!!

I needed to reduce my cholesterol and managed it by going veggie.
It’s genuinely the best thing I ever did (to my surprise). I’ve never felt better. But dammit, after many years I’m suddenly having urges to eat all sorts of things now
