Had a great day today. Something seems to have clicked with my physio. Whether it was the pool last Wednesday or steroid injection in my knee, but today, standing was so much better and could take a step forward and back and do a 90 deg turn using a frame. Therapist was so pleased at how well I had done.

Definitely has boosted my confidence in my knee
