It's okay, but be prepared for the noise.

We have two units and (one in master bedroom) both are as loud as music playing or car outside the window revving up. I can't go to bed with it on (she can!)

One of my mates has full installation and it's so much better than these units, but yeah price is a factor.

I checked the temp and saw it's hotter here in the Mojave Desert. Then, I looked again and saw the humidity. Yikes!
