I came across one a few years ago in a large estate. The owner had been an opera singer and she had every kind of home exercise device ever sold. This one was from the late 50's. When I was a kid of about 4, I had Polio. After discharge from Hospital, I attended a clinic for physio and so on. One of the 'and so on' was an electric machine doing painful things to the muscles of my arm; it bloody hurt!
