Any story made into a porn movie?

I was wondering. There are so many thousands of stories on this site. Has any of these stories been used as a script for a porn movie? I know a porn movie with a "script" is more of a 70's and 80's thing then it is today. But, just wondering, if any of these stories have actually been made into a movie.

I don't know of any stories from here made into porn movies, but I have stories here that were inspired from porn movies.

Chicken or egg. Erotic stories have been around longer than video porn and easier to possess without other people knowing because we're talking pre internet, you had to go to a dirty movie theater or rent buy from a video store and they didn't come around for some time, so I imagine the earlier porn directors took some ideas from stories, more than a story was based on porn, especially limited access video porn.

But now after years of sites like this and tons of porn sites its probably 50/50. People have written stories based on porn clips(I've done a few) and a couple years ago Nubile films posted a thread looking for people to write scripts meaning the industry is aware of sites like this, they were professional enough to ask, how many porn directors/script writers have come here and just scooped stories?

No, but there some stories I’d love to see made into one. Sone writers have a natural way of seeming cinematic and drawing a reader in to their world.

It’d be great to see some of them visually explode on screen.
 
Do they still make porn movies? With stories? I thought it was all just clips of fucking now.

They certainly could be making more glossy, with plot porn movies from what they could find on Literotica. I'm betting there would be a good audience for them.
 
In another life, I worked as a dialogue consultant on a few film projects. Having lunch with a top director one day, I asked why there were so few good erotic movies. He said that the problem wasn’t scripts. There were plenty of good scripts. The problem was actors. Or the lack thereof. ‘The ones who are prepared to do erotica are generally really really terrible actors,’ he said. I think that you only have to look at the odd porn clip to see that he was probably right.
 
Having brushed against the movies both as a background extra and later as an "on the set" script editor/cleaner, I think it's a matter of the size of the payment, not the talent available.

They're out there. I'm a member of Adult time that has a bunch of sites under its umbrella, one of them is Pure Taboo, which is the original meaning of the word, there's some incest, but its a wide range of situations that people would see as not proper. Most of the videos are 30-60 minutes and although not all, many have some form of opening and story to build up

as for full length feature films, they're still out there too. I have a friend who works at the amazing near me, she says most videos being bought are compilations so yes, it seems even wanting a minimal plot and some sketchy acting to go with your smut isn't that big anymore, but they do still make them.

The site Nubile teens doesn't even have dialogue. Every scene opens with some music, the hot gir/girls wandering into a room, then the kissing touching, stripping etc starts, the guy will come in....there is not one word spoken throughout

As for acting, people make fun of it, but are you seriously watching for that? Do you read Playboy for articles as the old joke goes.

But I am going to contradict you, there is acting. The way these women moan, get into it and smile like getting a load in the face is the best thing ever does take some talent, more like model talent than straight up acting, but to do it after what anyone who has read articles or watched making of, is not a very sexy shoot, is acting. Just pretending to like the sex and faking it is acting, and please spare me the ones who say "Oh, I come every time" even I can't write fiction to that extent.
 
Wasn't there some dude who came sniffing around here in the Hangout, oh, maybe a year ago, trolling for people here who were willing to write porn film treatments?

I don't remember all that well; does that ring a bell with anybody else?

It's OK. I don't think you are contradicting anything I said. I was merely telling the OP what a Hollywood director (and sometimes producer) told me over a rather pleasant lunch. :)
 
Even HBO gave up on the softcore stuff. I kind of liked their efforts to hire actors to play out an actual story, although stories were bad, the acting was bad, and the simulated sex was embarassing.

I think it may also be the expectations of the audience. The more "porn-like" it gets, the less important the story is. Anyway, there seem to be very few theatrical erotic/porn movies released now. When did exist, they were, well, mostly not that great.

Viewing My First Porn Movie

There are a lot of clips online, many of them free, but I don't how they are produced or how any money is made from them. Most of them are quite short and have minimal plots.

Given how bad most of the stories were, it feels like it should work the other way around.

I've seen free sites that have full-length movies on them, but they seem to be older ones - 1980s and earlier? Some of the pay sites also have short clips on them too. I'm finding it difficult to determine what the content differences are now between free and pay sites. It seems to be getting to be less and less. So yeah, I admit I've looked at porn, but not so extensively that I figure out all the nuances of the "industry."
