Any of you ever 'chunked pumpkins?'

Tell me more, tell me more.

My old housemate from Mexico made something tasty out of pumpkin - cut it into chunks, added cinnamon sticks, and slow cooked it for a while on low heat - mmmmmmmmm.

Soooo good. I mean, all of the pumkin except the guts - the hard rind part of it. It never would have occurred to me, but it was good cold, with milk over it, too.

Not only punkins. I like when they are doing things like cars, frig's, just about anything really.

Whats your fav style...
Trebuchet?......or
Cannon?.

Nooooooo! I'm talkin' 'bout....

Major 'flingin' of actual pumpkins - come Fall.

There are contest here in the NE of the US.

You 'chunk' them for distance.

The record is something like just under two miles.
