Any gamers here?

I was a gamer for a long time.

I don't think I am now. I still enjoy games, but not as much anymore. I still play every week, but much less than before. These days I mainly play casual adventure titles - like Uncharted, Batman/Spider-Man, Witcher, God of War, etc. Single-player RPG's and action games.
I also enjoy completing them to get Platinum. I play them on PS4.

I recently played through FFXIV. Recommend it very much as a single-player great story experience. Incredible writing, even if it's dragging in some parts - but not often.
I know I would have gladly played it further as an MMO - go into raids and Tower and whatnot. This content from what I saw is awesome and much better to my taste than WOW. But I simply found myself not caring about it. I'm not looking to play MMO.
I mostly need games that I can launch in 15 seconds, play for 20 minutes, pause at any moment and go do something else.
That's why PS4 is perfect for me.

I was deep into World of Warcraft in high school. It got... unhealthy.

I play a few single player RPGs that are cheap. Recently ran through the Shadowrun Hong Kong.

Also, Nier Automata was immensely satisfying.

Anyone here that games in any capacity? I'm primarily a PC gamer, but am looking to get a Nintendo Wii once Nintendo starts actually putting some on the shelves.

I'm currently playing Rainbow Six: Vegas but am looking forward to John Woo's Stranglehold, Overlord, Blacksite: Area 51, Half-Life Two: Episode Two and many others. What games are you playing and looking forward to?

Rainbow Six was a damned good book.
I await the arrival of the latest microsoft Flight Sim with keen anticipation.

I collect arcade games. Yeah, the big 300 pound quarter suckers from the 80's and 90's. And pinball machines. Since I started doing that, I haven't really played many console games. They are too small.

Used to play PC games, but it died and I haven’t replaced it.

I returned to gaming when I broke my leg in November. Managed to get through Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn, Far Cry Primal and The Last of Us [Remastered] Which, shockingly, I had never played until recently. I'm looking forward to the next one in May. Oh and I play Skyrim on PC. That's to say I'm building a mod in the Creation Kit.
