Thanks, I made up the recipe when I was really bored and in the kitchen. The secret to making them for guests in cold weather is to bake them so they are coming out of the oven about 2 minutes before the guests get there, and shave about one minute off the baking time. They have that gooey warm texture, and the peanut butter, or the really finely chopped nuts release their oils into the dough, which gives them that wonderful smell, and that smooth texture.
